Hi, I’m James Alesi
Vista, CA
Software QA with a hardware background: I reproduce defects, document them, and verify the fix — whether that’s an application or a physical system.
RoguePixelVault · magnetic breakable pot + rupees
I’m a multi-disciplinary technical professional based in Vista, California. My work sits at the intersection of software QA and physical systems — enterprise testing at Intuit, game QA at Kalloc Studios, senior arcade hardware repair at Dave & Buster’s, and mechanical assembly and verification at Stone Brewing. I also design and manufacture functional 3D-printed products through RoguePixelVault and take on graphic design for print and digital, from client brands to courtroom visuals.
I’m strongest when those areas meet: testing software, diagnosing hardware, and building the tools or visuals that make the work clearer.
QA and electronics first, with design and product work alongside.
